3. The outlet valve can be opened only after the pressure setting meets the requirements, and the outlet valve should not be opened before that to prevent accidental attacks.
4. Pay attention to the maintenance of the fine appearance to prevent the pressure from shaking and damaging the appearance.
5. In the debugging of 1+1 pressure regulating equipment, if uninterrupted air supply is required, the pressure should be manually controlled through the bypass first, the pressure regulating valve with one hand, and the pressure gauge with the other hand, time to investigate the pressure change to maintain the outlet pressure at the required pressure Within the range, after the pressure setting of the regulator is completed, slowly open the outlet valve of the regulator, and then close the bypass valves after the regulator supplies air normally.
The layout of the gas pressure regulator should ensure safe and reliable operation. Do not purchase a pressure regulator whose settings can be changed at will. Do not use JYT1.2 regulators for household gas stoves and other gas appliances with low gas flow; when the type and standard of the pressure regulator do not correspond to the gas stove, do not artificially change the setting of the regulator; when gas appliances are found When the flame is high and low, it indicates that the regulator is damaged and should be replaced in time; when a strong gas flavor is found, the liquefied gas cylinder should be closed in time to check whether the regulator has signs of gas leakage. Gas should be stopped and replaced in time.
You can check whether the air leaks by yourself. Use a thicker detergent and soapy water to modify the joints of the pressure regulator shell and its front and rear interfaces, and then open the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder. If there is foam, it indicates the appearance of air leakage and should be replaced in time.
